My last post was a while ago. Not because nothing happened in the meantime, but because I was just too busy running around and getting Willow into the world.
The amount of love towards the story is heartwarming. There’s just nothing better than getting compliments about the story and the character of Willow. I poured my heart into this story and wanted to create a female character with a lot of strength and compassion. Feedback has shown me that this is exactly what readers see in her.
I was nervous about feedback. What if people didn’t like it? What if they would tell me the story wasn’t what they hoped for. It made me very nervous and even stopped me from bringing the book into the world for a while.
Thankfully, this is not what has happened. We are currently selling the book in various places and the reactions have been great. Readers have given me feedback that will help me create the rest of the story as I do listen and learn when readers tell me what they think.
